At Zynvia, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and unread
- In the same condition that you received it
- Free from writing, highlighting, stains, folded pages, torn pages, or visible damage
- Returned in its original packaging where possible
To start a return, please contact us at officialzynvia@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Please do not send any items back before contacting us. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your book arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at officialzynvia@gmail.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
- A photo of the packaging, if applicable
Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Books that have been read or used
- Books with writing, highlighting, stains, folded pages, torn pages, or visible wear
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Orders sent back without prior approval
- Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank, card provider, or payment provider to process the refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this period, your order may already be processed or shipped and can no longer be cancelled.
Once your order has been delivered, you may still request a return as long as it meets the conditions listed in this policy.
Shipping Delays
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, customs processing, or high order volume.
We do not offer refunds for orders that are still in transit and within the estimated delivery timeframe.
If your order has not updated for an unusually long period, please contact us at officialzynvia@gmail.com and we will help investigate the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
